because alexandria was way too long…
Now that an official release date is set for, A Rehearsal for Love (April 25th), I thought I’d share with you all some of the tracks that are featured in the book! The playlist/soundtrack/mixtape of this book is very… telling. So go ahead and get in your feels before release day. 😉
Check it out on Spotify!
And be looking out on Amazon for, A Rehearsal for Love on Monday! 🙂
Ah! We’re almost there! And I so can’t wait to share, A Rehearsal for Love with you all! But until then, here’s another sample to “Get you over the hump” 😉
(Note: Sample unedited and subject to change)
Happy Monday!
So as I wrap up the end of, A Rehearsal for Love (which is coming later this month BTW. Check out a sample here!), I’ve found myself reflecting on some of the songs mentioned in the book. This particular one is INCREDIBLY random, but I think it’ll make sense once you get a feel for it along with the choreography.
(All hail the YouTube Gods lol)
Have some fun this week! You deserve it. 😉
*Shrieks with excitement*
I’m soooo happy to finally be able to share with you all a sample from my next release, A Rehearsal for Love, coming later this month!
Malia and Blaise have been an incredibly… interesting pair to explore. And I hope that you’ll find them interesting as well!
But for now, here’s a little taste of what’s to come. 🙂
(Note: Sample unedited and subject to change)
Happy Monday!
So this past week, Big Sean and Jhene Aiko blessed us with some serious greatness in the form of Twenty88. I’ve literally listened to the cd front to back at least 20 times now and… yeah, you should too! lol
Shoutout to Jay-Z for extending my free trial with Tidal so I could check it out! 🙂
Here’s one of the songs from the album.
Enjoy and be great this week!
Happy Monday, Loves!
I’m finally getting towards the finish line with my next release which means I’ll actually be able to share a little bit with you all soon!!
But for now, here’s a little teaser to give you an idea of what, but even more so WHO, the book is about.
Can you guess the profession of the hero and heroine? 😉
Happy Monday, loves!
So I’ve been working on two different novels; one new adult romance and one… romantic suspense-ish lol
But I think this song fits the heroes in both stories, so enjoy!
Sidenote: Jamie Foxx is SO underrated as singer! Am I right?!
Happy Monday!
So… let me just start out by saying, Kerry Washington is INCREDIBLE at playing the side piece because… she is EVERYTHING in this video. LOL
But anyway, this song – Maxwell vibes period – have been giving me all the writer feels lately. So I’ll be turning on the BLACKsummers’night album this week to give me the sexy ambience I’m looking for with this next project.
Ya’ll be good this week. 😉
Happy Tuesday, peeps!
This past weekend was INCREDIBLY exciting as, The Real Deal reached number 9 on the bestsellers chart for African-American Women’s Fiction. I am soooo grateful for everyone that’s checked it out, left reviews and ratings, spread the word, etc.
BUT today is even more exciting for other reasons as it represents ONE WHOLE YEAR since Attractions & Distractions: Sophomore Year was released!
Time has flown by, but that book – my second book baby – will always hold a special place in my heart.
So today, we celebrate with this Song of the Week. 🙂
Happy Monday, peeps!
I’m charging into the week with new energy now that my February release, The Real Deal, is finally out! But… of course there’s always more work to be done, especially when characters have been patiently waiting for their turn.
So this song tells a little more about where we are headed next. 🙂
OH! And by the way…. for those of you that are interested, I’ll be hanging out on Twitter tonight for this event! Come check it out!
